About the event
Celebrate our Women exhibition and the onset of sunny days with us and paint your own Impressionist landscape inspired by French painter Blanche Hoschedé Monet (1865-1947)!
Often overshadowed by her connection to Claude Monet, Blanche was a remarkable painter in her own right. Unlike many of her female peers at the time, her oeuvre contains mostly landscapes, which she executed with a bright and airy hand and distinctly feminine perspective.
Through an exploration of light, color, and beauty, join our curator and resident art historian Kelly Cook for an evening of sparkling celebration and a mini-lesson in French art history!

‘Paint Night’ at Gallery B612 is a workshop-style step-by-step experience open to all levels, where you can come and paint in a relaxing environment after a long day’s work. In this instructor-guided class, you will be seated and follow along with the group and also free to go at your own pace and own style.
We offer refreshments such as hot teas, water, and carbonated drinks.
All painting materials are provided.
We're excited to see you in the studio!
