Join Gallery B612 for a one-night-only art and fashion experience presented as part of SHE: Narrative Work on the Feminine Experience, an exhibition exploring stories, identities, and perspectives connected to the feminine experience.
Presented in collaboration with Styled For Strength, Marist, and Heather in support of Margolis Arts Foundation, Art & Fashion: Claiming My Space in This World brings together runway, wearable art, live music, choreography, and performance inside the gallery setting.
This evening is more than a fashion show -- it is a community centered art event celebrating visibility, feminine strength, and the act of claiming space through body, garment, voice, movement and visual art.
The runway presentation will feature Seattle Aphrodite and By.Sumi as distinct fashion brands, alongside a special performance by Buratti Art - Aerial Art in Movement, and a special music performance by Dr. Julie Hsieh, owner of Yuan Ru Art Center.
The evening will also support the mission of Margolis Arts Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to cross-cultural, interdisciplinary, and community-centered arts programming. Funds raised through the event will help support participating artists and contribute to the O-Jak Bridge Art & Dance Festival fund.
Wine will be available for purchase during the evening, with proceeds supporting Margolis Arts Foundation's artist-support and cultural programming initiatives.
