Redmond is a Seattle-based singer, composer, songwriter, and piano player with a bachelor's degree in vocal performance and a Master of Music in film scoring. Redmond entered the singer/songwriter scene as the backup singer for the Michigan soul-pop band, August, and since moving to Seattle has been performing her original indie-pop music both as a solo artist and with her band Ten Stories Down. She also is the harmony singer and keyboard/synth player for Black Bird Collective, a local indie-rock band. Redmond's songs share her life experiences through meaningful lyrics and colorful arrangements. She is always looking for new pathways with her music, sometimes dabbling outside of tonality and letting the music shape freely into its final form.
